This 10 cell rectangular recessed silicone baking mould is ideal for a variety of uses. It's particularly good for small single portion desserts which make it ideal for patisseries, gastro-pubs and hotels. The recessed area left on the top of each moulded piece is ideal for filling with chocolate, coulis or other serving ideas

The cells in this mould all have a very slight taper on the sides.
